Our office will assist you in scheduling and completing the home inspection, as well as all other inspections including termite/pest and radon, if required by contract. We will insure that all necessary certifications and documentation are provided at the conclusion of the inspection process. Be certain to deliver your second deposit check to our office on or before the date on which it is due. It is your responsibility to obtain fire and homeowner's insurance on your new home. Be certain to provide documentation of your insurance policy to your lender or to the attorney conducting your closing.
